    I think if you're doing 1&3 then 2&4 are optional.

    I agree with this article especially No 4.
    Was looking around for a great way to build muscle more muscle on your abs.
    What I do is do pull up bar leg raises (how to get six pack abs) but put 15kg between my legs so I have more weight to lift.
    Anyway let me know if there are better ways.

    For me I think that fasted cardio in the morning and cutting carbs after 7 p.m. is the key
