It's that time of year again when resolutions are being made (and hopefully kept lol)... What are your fitness goals for the New Year?

Get my total for the big three >500kg. Currently in the 450 region.

Pretty happy with how I look so more focused on strength goals these days.

I just added up my total and its exactly 500kg. Your goal is now also my goal. Lets do this

Its also nice to see mostly strength goals in here. All the "get HYOOOOGE" or "get RIIIIIPED" goals get fucking old. Especially when they come from the same people every year who never look any different.

I'm still working on my resolutions for the 2001 New Year! LOL jk!

One thing that I've struggled with and have been working on is better time management. Learn how to incorporate better nutrition - not only for myself but for my family as well. Also, make a designated time to work out as opposed to working out when I'm able to.
