    Is this a good machine?

    its has 60 different gym workouts on it including an arobic rowing thing, the brand is called WEIDER.

    Its hard to tell without seeing a pic, universal gyms are ok but I'd spend the money on free weights.

    I agree, buy a rack, multi-position bench (not attached to the rack), Olympic bar/weights and dumbells. I'd say that's money well spent for a gym, a better investment.

    A better investment by far Max. Q, I find the types of machines that have that many different excercise capabilities time consuming, to much time to set up and manipulate 6 different things to get onto the next lift........BB DB the way to go
