I agree, buy a rack, multi-position bench (not attached to the rack), Olympic bar/weights and dumbells. I'd say that's money well spent for a gym, a better investment.Originally posted by Scotty the Body

A better investment by far Max. Q, I find the types of machines that have that many different excercise capabilities time consuming, to much time to set up and manipulate 6 different things to get onto the next lift........BB DB the way to go![]()
