I am starting to have significant discomfort in my right shoulder and wrist. Anyone have any suggestions for loosening them up? Thanks!!

It just aches but get more significant when I bring my arm above my head.
I am having the same problem. My left shoulder hurts as soon as I load any weight on flat bench. I do warm up with rota-tor exercises but to no avail, but it goes away for the most part the day after. My right wrist just started hurting last week and that stays with me throughout the week.

sounds like a shoulder impingement. probably avoid any heavy overhead pressing, and do stretches and rotator work.. could take a couple weeks to a couple months to heal

Try and steer clear from heavy overhead pressing movements, i.e. bench pressing. As for your wrist, find a good, solid and tight (thats what she said) pair of lifting gloves.

Sounds like a partial rotator cuff tear if it stays for a bit longer or gets worse.
With my rotator tear, I could do OH presses with no problem, however BPs and squats were a different story; they were painful but not to the point where I coudn't do them. However, I couldn't do any delt raises, delt flyes, pec flyes, incline BPs, machine presses, and DB presses as they were extremely painful for even light weight at one rep.
Uhh, wrist? I would use wrist wraps. Gloves make the hands QUITE a bit more sweaty and if they're padded and you're used to training heavy, it will literally fuck your balance.

Shoulder - buy some therabands and do rotator cuff work. Stretch. If it continues, see a PT.
For your wrist - does the pain occur when you do specific things, or does it happen all the time?

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

Yes, I have had a lot of problems with my shoulder. I added some shoulder isolation exercises which have helped. My wrist usually hurt during various lifts, but I don't really think about it too much because the pain usually ends after the lifting is done. Maybe try straps to help with this.

Straps might do the trick, but I remember several months ago when I had excruciating pain in my wrist and straps didnt help. I bought a decent pair of gloves that strapped around the wrist, and Less than a month later I was good to go!
