I do it at the end of my workout for small muscle groups or accessory work that I don't care about and just want to finish quickly.

For a few weeks I did it for some bigger lifts and it was incredibly tiring - great for work capacity. I did a leg press/pullup superset and nearly puked at the end.

I do them almost daily. I work out in the morning before work and try to thrash two muscle groups. Speeds up my workouts and gets/ keeps my heart rate up. I hate to have any down time between sets if at all possible so supersets help keep me going.

My entire workouts are usually, at least, half super-sets. I am not working out much, at all, right now, but when I get back too it I'll probably put one or two super-sets in there.

Would love to do supersets. used to do them all the time with good results, but the gym i work out at now is always pretty busy so if you turn your back to do another exercise someone else is already trying to jump on your other machine or worse unracking your weight...sucks!

That can make it very difficult. Luckily the gym I was working out in was dead in the middle of the day when I went.
