    Yep. Saw a guy today in the gym...a "Trainer" that had a client at least 60 doing a dead lift type movement with the bar. Back looked like a rainbow.

    on the subject of this another thing about personal trainers thats always made me laugh is that some also teach "boxercise","womens kickboxing" and "body combat" without having the slightest clue about even the basics of boxing or and form of combat.
    just a way of ripping off overweight middle aged women and the occasional retarded bloke who think they will learn how to fight as well as lose weight.
