Started this routine a week ago..tell me what you think

Am-Chest Pm-Back
Am-Legs
Am-Delts Pm-Arms
REST
REPEAT

so i get in 10 workout in 7 days with one rest day.

How does this routine sound? Keep in mind I'm using 3 different steroids so my recovery is up like crazy. Only problem is that every cycle the tendons in my forearms get FUCKED up hardcore. I get tendon pain even after chest workout.
