    Question six pack possibilities?

    Hey all,

I was thinking of going for that elusive sixpack or at least get my abs more toned then they are now. I work my abs at least 3 times a week, sometimes as much as 5 or 6. I have some defintion but I'm thinking this might boil down to diet.

Any who, I was just wondering if you peeps could point me in the right direction with exercises, diet, etc. to get my abs more toned. Unforntanetly I am stuck eating dorm food at college so I realize that I probably cant get a full blown sixpack, but any help to point me in the right direction would be much apperciated. Thanks.

there is no need to work your abs that much, 2 times per week is enough.

either way if they are covered with a layer of fat you will never have a six pack, at least not a visible one.

there are plenty of good nutritional threads, go to the diet & nutrition forum.
