Smirk Tips on training ladies

Hi all,
Well iv'e been gettin a few questions at the gym from the ladies (not the kinda questions one would hope for) and i was wondering if there were any major differences between guys and girls training wise.
I think most of the girls would want that figure shape not the bb shape
What would be a good split for them (dont be rude boys) Should they train higher reps. Should they "max out"
Any info and/or tips would be appreciated.

Women shouldn't train any differently from men, in regards to weights used, reps, or any similar variable.

Krista's site is an excellent one for reference.
