is it alright to run right after lifting weights?
like 10 mins 50% speed?
because lately i have been packing on some mass but i noticed some loss in my size due to my running
but I was told I should do interval running instead of a 10 min run right after weights?
what does everyone suggest?
I basically want to cut body fat and be defined for the summer I want to have a 6 pack but I just a 4 pack and some obliques but some layer of fat covering it up from really showing.
anyone have advice on if i should do interval running after weights or stairs 10 mins? or am i going about this the wrong way?
when your trimming down to expose that muscle you WILL loose some of it but the pay off is great!!! and you will also get it back later
as far as which form of cardio to do?...... ESP cause your only doing it for 10 mins I would HIT
why?? couple of reasons
one HIT is harder on your muscle fibers and will stimulate muscle growth WHILE burning fat and calories
Two because youll burn more fat and calories doing it IE faster gains in terms of getting six pack and shedding the fat
If you want 6 pack abs by summer I'd be more concerned about your diet than your cardio. Cardio is good, but a proper diet will make a world of difference.
