    my elbows naturally tend to go out from my Markus Ruhl size shoulders and Ronnie Coleman size Lats....sorry bro. hahahaha

    Keeping your upper arms motionless throughout your set, slowly curl the barbell backwards in a semi circle arc so the barbell comes down above your nose (hence the name).

    Use triceps strength to curl the barbell back to the start position.
