Jim Wendler's book "The Max Effort Method" is a great purchase, also. Worth every penny if you're looking for no bullshit and a straight forward guide to setting up a WS style program.

Also, Louie describes their training almost to the point of over-precision in his articles on the website. He is extremely meticulous about tracking things which is what makes the system work so well.

If you read Simmons' articles, you will get a very exact idea of what you should be doing including: volume, intensity, frequency, exercise selection, GPP, addition of accommodating resistance, etc. His articles are not always the most exciting, but each contains a huge amount of information about training.
