    do you guys still workout when under the weather?

    No. Your body needs all the extra energy it can get to fight off whats bothering it. working out sick= half assed workout/longer recovery time (from the illness)

    But, whats true for me might not be as true for others

    i was quite ill with the flu not long ago and asked the same question i ended up going in for some light cardio and it seemed to help dont over do it tho, i went in when i was about 60-70 % better tho think of other people at your gym! its already a dirty place as it is! you dont want to be coughing and sneezing all over the gaff thats just inconsiderate maybe just go out for a jog? i just had to get out of the house the fresh air will do you good!
