    Low back sprain

I went to the doctor about my low back and she said the muscle has been sprained from overuse, so as a lifter how do I make sure this doesn't happen again? What are some of the things I can do to help?

After re-reading all these threads, i think you should stick to power walking for a while because holy shit.

Are you just going to the gym and doing rest-paused 1RMs with terrible form without warming up while Randy Couture beats the living piss out of you?

I don't see how else you could have all these injuries at the same time.
