    Poor diet and nutrition

I just can't cook if my life depended on it. So I am basically stuck with what's on the table for meals.

Diet has always been what's holding me back.. It's not bad it's getting much better, but it's just so tough to be consistent.

    Age isn't up there.

I love the heavy weight and the challenge of putting everything in place: nutrition, training, rest...but it sure does suck having to deal with arthritic joints, more frequent bouts of tendinitis, more down time when stuff breaks...

I'm cutting and I had about 2 servings of salt and vinegar chips today. I bought a bag of sweet sixteen doughnuts to eat after my hot dogs and chips/fries cheat meal this weekend. You tell me!

Weakness? Relative to what? I do what I want. If someone lifts more I'm happy I look better. If they look better I'm happy I lift more. If they are better at both I'm faster and happy. I train my way for me. No rules apply past the ones I set.

I really had to think about that. I have no REAL normal goals. I'm not normal. Man that makes me feel good.

Thanks not normal Mino : )
