    question about chest crossovers

is it better to do crossovers after you do bench press incline press and dips? or should you do bench press followed by mid crossovers
incline press followed by high crossovers
    dips then low crossovers?
or should i do bench press incline press dips then the whole crossover excercise?

I usually do all of my high volume pressing movements first before moving on to crossovers or flies. This allows me to press the most amount of weight I can before fatiguing my chest.

also agreed. and i think you are focusing too much on crossovers. i assume your talking about cables? i only do these occasionally. dumbell flys are much more effective and i mainly work these on incline. and always save them for last. low cable flys are a complete waste of time imo

Cross over cables and dumbell flies(one works inner pecs one works outer pecs)are also good to do first ,they pre exhaust the pecs without hitting your tris. Then do your flat & incline dumbell presses, come down slow when going up stop just before locking your elbows out .If you lock your elbows out you will burnout your tris and your bench will suffer ,remember your working pecs you want to keep all other body parts out of the lift as much as possible do this for 4 weeks than do your benching first and cables and flies last you will feel the pump 100%

I usually use cable crossovers for my 7's on chest. So I always do them at the end.
