John Hnatyschak
IFBB and NPC world champion Bodybuilder and Judge, is my new training partner. When we hit the gym, its balls out intense, this guy trains like a nut and is pushing me to do the same, I never trained so hard in my life, being im 46 and Shack is 54 there is alot of moaning going on.lol Its funny how life is sometimes, when the student is ready, the teacher appears.
