    Help with exercises...

    ...Hi im fairly new to weight lifting etc and only no a few exercises,my friend who i used go with is hardly in my gym any more so therefor he hasnt been able show me any new exercises for a while.So do any of you guys no any websight or books were can it would show me differnt exercises and explain how to do them?or would u tell me?

    I Highly recommend "The new encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding - Arnold Schwarzenegger" Has everything ya ever wanted to know and then some.

    Right up my alley !! I have found it very informative as far as schedules, excercises, diets and such go, I still consider myself a novice but the book helped so much.....well worth the money
