I've been using the P/R/S for only six weeks, (2 cycles) but I am finding good gains in size and strength. Personally think I "look" bigger than my lifts have increased... if that makes sense, and have increased lifts in all categories.
If you wanna piss with the big dogs, you'd better lift your leg high.
Growing after just 6 weeks...thats great! Keep going!! It makes sense that you feel as if you "look bigger than your lifts have increased," as this program is MORE for growth than for strength, although most will get stronger as well.Originally posted by shooter
