Pre Contest
Hey everyone,
I have been considering doing a show for a while now and I have just finally decided that it is time to go forward with it. This will be the first show I will have ever attempted. I know there are plenty of well known people out there that offer "pre contest" packages that include diet, posing and weekly progress check ups. I live in Southern California and know of a few names but I am wondering if any of you can list some other people and their web sites that are in my area. Thanks for any feedback in advance.
