
i've tried air alert, and the jump manual, and also strength shoes. i recommend both in that order if u are trying to add inches to your jump without doing plyometrics or other stuff. u dont have to pay for air alert or jump manual if u look around enough on google.
thats so awesome you just posted this ive been doing vertical jumps after the gym after my training even though im a bodybuilder lol. i been stackin those step up blocks up and vertical jumping , i can get pretty high up and i wana get it even higher.
