You have to use a chembobit you can get one from any good dipchebram shop. Or go to a fittnes shop and ask for a long stand.
    Always believe.

Carry Some Dumbbells around with you (or better still, Buy a bag and carry them around in it, it wont look as stupid and you wont get any annoying stupid questions )
Then when you think your arms are deflated, do a few curls.

What a lot of people dont know is that the bicep is alot like a bicycle wheel and needs to be kept "pumped up"

it's normal to lose your pump 3/4 hours after weight training.

You have to go jack off immediately after your work out. Using both hands. That way your pump will remain.

Do it in the locker room, or at the urinals. Dont wait too long.

    Im serious. Clinically approved.

no bodypart on me is pumped after 20 minutes of training...well at least not as intense as when i was working it out.

i mean they might be a little enflamed by like 1/8 of an inch..but nothing noticable..dont trip

Just you. Everytime I lift I see a significant pump up in my arms and they stay that way until my next time when they get bigger. That's why I have 47 inch arms. You're probably not doing enough weight as long as you should. Try doubling the weight and doing quadruple the amount if lifts.

Please tell me you were joking when you posted this?

I didn't read every single response so I'm not sure if someone gave you a serious response, lol. But the answer is blood. After you workout your muscles fill with blood which gives you that swollen look.
