My baseball coach use to have the best tool for a forearm workout. It was a 10 pound (or two 10 pound) weight(s) connected to the end of a rope. You then hold it straight out in front of you and slowly wrap up the rope by using your hands (almost like your turning the rope) - and it gives an awesome burn to the forearms.

heavy rev grip bar curls and dumbell hammer curls work well also. also dont use lifting straps on some of your heavy back work.

Wrist curl & reverse wrist curl work them directly.

Deadlifts ,pull ups, cleans can also work indirectly.
