Endo bulk questions
did a search for endo bulk and got nothing, so here goes.
As the title sugests, I am an endo and I am starting a bulk cycle. After a long cut cycle (too long) it is time. As an endo i tend to have too much fat around the mid section and hope to not add too much more. Any bulk routine sugestions ? should i do more cardio that ecto, or meso ppl? Most bulk routines tend to have few exercises. They are several core moves and alot of rest and food. As an endo should I still try to do a faster paced routine? Any advice will help. Thanks. |
