I personally try too work on everything equally. There's nothing more frustrating seeing someone in the gym with huge chest and no back, huge arms and no legs. It looks ridiculous.

Yea I would say that most people probably work on bench press the most. I used to - now I only do it a couple times a month at most.

talking on cell phone, Hogging up the squat rack, while I use olympic curl bar, no plates. Sleeping on the angled press machine. Introduce myself to every single member, every single day, Hanging out in the steam room and mens locker room, you know just chatting away, while I shave my back hair. You know, the usual things!!!

Ever things should be balanced but when a body part falls behind I pound that muscle group with a variety of exercises until something works.

But I would say I use the Squat Rack the most..

Balanced training is essential.....I'm an old timer and I'll pass on what I was told by all of the following: Coe, Dickerson, Pearl, Mentzer, Yates, - focus on leg and back work.

A balanced program is essential, however, in conversing with pros through the years - Pearl, Coe, Dickerson, Mentzer, Yates - the common theme was focus on legs and back.

i try not to neglect any bodyparts but do more work for Low back/hip/quads for mass and strength than say just beach muscles as they have been called. i focus on widening my shoulder girdle as priority with lot of delt and upper back work(pull ups) and lately have been working for more benching power and wrist/grip work for my new armwrestling table so it always depends on what i need. i believe pull ups have really made a big difference rather than pulldowns for helping with bench and upper body. my shirts fit a lot different now after doing them seriousely for a couple months.

HAHA... when nature calls you gotta do what you gotta do.

Seemed like a good idea at the time.
