    Prioritizing Shoulders

Does anyone know a good routine for building mass in the delts? Any good shocking methods too? Is it better to train them alone, as I do now, or with another bodypart?

What have you been doing so far?
Shoulders get worked with back and chest so you need to be carefully not to overtrain them, sometimes this is the reason they don't progress due to lack of recovery.

I've been doing them separate all alone:

    S - shoulders
    Tu - Chest/Tri
    Th - Back/Bi
    Sat - Legs

I do the machine press, single db press, upright row, db laterals. I do about 3-5 sets and around 6-8 reps for the all except the laterals I usually get closer to 10 reps.

I think your doing a few to many exercises, I'd go with 3 of those and 2-3 sets for each. You can switch between the Machine press and DB press each week if you like but i wouldn't do them the same day, almost the same.

You could also do Traps with shoulders if your not already.
    Cool
