squat, bench, deadlift, press.
Kettlebells can have specific functions if you know what you are doing.
For general bodybuilding-type stuff (i.e losing fat etc.), stick with barbell exercises.

I know its all to do with a good clean diet, etc but I am trying to work on that, in the nutrition section
