    Kettle bell Training

I want to start using my kettle bell again, I used to train a lot with it a few years ago but then my hypothyroidism got out of control and no matter what I did the weight just piled on, however its under control again and the weight is slowly starting to come off so I was just wondering what exercises you would recommend I do in order for me to lose weight and tone up I know its all to do with a good clean diet, etc but I am trying to work on that, in the nutrition section

    Thanks

    squat, bench, deadlift, press.

Kettlebells can have specific functions if you know what you are doing.

For general bodybuilding-type stuff (i.e losing fat etc.), stick with barbell exercises.

Link in my signature for details. Also, verify that you're diet is congruent with your goals.

Turkish Get Ups, two arm swings, Goblet Squats, and snatches.
You are born small and weak, and you die small and weak. What you do in the middle is up to you.
There is ALWAYS room for improvement

This and swings and snatches for time or reps. KB's are great conditioning tool.
