    Good BodyBuilding Books?

After lifting for the past 9 months, I'm wanting to learn more about the best ways to do everything. Best routines, form, diet, etc.

Can anyone suggest a good bodybuilding book?
I found one by health for life called "Secrets of Advanced Bodybuilders"
Anyone know if its any good?

My favorite book for reference is Arnold Schwarzenegger's "The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding" You can read about the history of bodybuilding, routines, exercises, has great pictures etc.. It gives the basics of nutrition/diet and supplements.

It might be an interesting read, but all the knowledge you need is really right here in the forums, so why buy expensive books written by genetic freaks and proffesional drug addicts/bodybuilders such as Arnold Swarzenegger? (no offence) If you are not on AS, chances are that you will overtrain very quickly if using his techniques anyway. If you do insist on buying a book, I would personally recommend Gold's Gym's encyclopedia.
