I workout for 1 hour max in the gym. 30 min weights, 20 min cardio, 10 min rest babe-watching.

same here. I can't get done in under an hour regardless what day it is. I don't understand how people can get everything in in 30 mins.

Those gyms must be empty... Over here in Afghanistan, our damn gym is always packed with at least 150+. Takes minimum of 2 hours for me to get done with 2 muscle groups every time... Fuck Afghanistan lol.

It all depends on the level you're at in lifting, your current shape, what supplements/steroids you're taking (if any), the type of workout you're doing for muscle mass and how long your warm-up and cool down are. Anything over 60 mins of actual lifting is too much in my opinion. 45-50 mins of weight lifting is what I do, I'm usually in and out the door in just over an hour.

depend on the bodyparts but i'm usually no less than 1hr 30
but back and legs are a different breed altogether, back is upwards of 9 exercises (gone as high as 23) coming to between 36 and near 100 sets
legs HAHAHA i don't think i've ever done a proper leg workout that i'm happy with in under 3 hours, were talking an average of 4 hours (30sets quads, 20 hams and 25 claves). but shit i go fast dude faster than most can keep up with
but i do drink about 3 servings of an intra workout blend to stave off catabolism

well the easiest way to explain is to share so here is what i did today for 3 and 3/4hours with one training partner
    sets/reps
back squats 6 sets x6 reps
    hacks 5 sets x10
    smith fronts 5 x12
    leg press 4x10
    lunges 3x 200m
quad extension 6 part drop set partials (30,40,50,60,70,80)x4
    romanians on box 5 x8
lying leg curls 4x double xreps x10
    standing one leg curls 5x12
seated leg curls 7x12 double x reps
    toe presses 8x12
    seated cald raises 5x15
    standing raises 7x20
    hip addcutor/abductor superset 4x15

    does this help?

If that works well for you, then that's great. I think it's funny how two work outs can be so different and both yield results. My leg work outs are like this:

    ATF squats 1 failure set
Front squats work up to 1rm
    Leg press 1 failure set

Then 3 days later I do something like

    Deadlifts 1 failure set
    cleans work up to 1rm
    farmers walks 2 sets

And I've been getting exceptional results lol, weird isn't it?

its not that, thats all my legs grow off though. If i'm honest i can grow off almost anything with some of my best results coming of a dorian style hit routine, its just i prefer huge volume, multiple sets to failure and sick twisted high rep finishers.

and in terms of progress i'd say mine is swimming along very nicely indeed.

Usually between 60 and 75 minutes - I have been trying to get the time down, but it just seems that this amount of weights work works best for me.

Usually it is about an hour plus 30 minutes cardio.

Right now I am running a basic 5x5 strength routine and that has cut lifting time down to 30 minutes but still doing the 30 cardio.

I'm no muscle building expert but I spend around 45-60 minutes and do about 5 different exercises, 3 sets of each.
