I would stop doing dips!
I rarely do dips because they put a lot of stress on the shoulders anyways.
Hi guys
When i do Dips for chest or tris i get pretty bad pain in my clavical bone. It's pretty ow!!
Is this common?? Do any of you guys get the same?? Do you think its doing me damage??
The pain hasn't been getting any worse, or better for that matter, so what do you think??

But i love them so much
It dosnt feel muscular, it feels like the bone?? (dont be rude boys)
Does it hurt when you do bench press?

for the amount of stress that dips cause to your shoulders I do not think they're worth doing, but that's just me.
Not at all. Why, does that hurt for you??Originally posted by FAZEEK

Funny, i feel declines more in my shoulders than dips.![]()
Cool![]()
Mmmm... i dont
I think alot of it stems from the fact that the machine i use for dips is really tall. When i have to get down i've got a 25kg d/b around my waist and my hands are almost under my armpits... very awkwardi was thinking of taking a milkcrate to the gym to use as a step.

didn't we establish in another thread that your're backwards?Originally posted by Scotty the Body
