Soreness is a bad indication of a good workout. I would say that is way too much volume but I don't know because I have no idea how to train on gear.

This is my bi workout 4 sets of 21s 4 set of db curls 4 sets of rev curls I think I need a new workout cuzz I'm not sore the next day like before or it could be just the gear I'm on .

My personal favorite: Incline Seated Dumbell Curls (Dorian Yates style)

you say your a cage fighter. i also fight mma been doing it for 10 years turned pro in 06.
i recomend not curling at all and get of the weights. you have to ask your self do you want to be fighter or a body builder cant be both.
i train with ufc, pride, strikeforce king, of the cage, and so on vets and none of us lift except when when rehabing injuries but super light.
do all body weight workouts
pushups pullups sqauts
but do hundreds and thousands of them.
my buddy that fought in pride 3 times use to do over 3000 hindu sqauts straight when he was competing once a week. and we do at least 500 straight every day before training.and we never got tired in a competition.
train insane or be the same
Be blessed, klutch

Honestly doing heavy deads or any back movement as well as heavy push work and dips for your triceps are going to make you arms big.
