    Rear Delts

My front delts are huge, but the rear don't seem so intimidating.

Is there anything I can do to isolate the rear delts? Or is it normal if the rear delts seem disproportionate to the front?

    TIA

well, I typically do not do much for rear (posterior) delts because I feel that they get worked with back, just as I do not isolate my front (anterior) delts because they get hit with chest. The only part of my shoulder that I isolate is the medial head.

It sounds like maybe you put more emphasis into your pushing exercises, e.g. chest, then you do pulling exercises, e.g. back.

You could do some bent over dumbbell flyes to isolate the rear delts. here is an example >> http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/...eralRaise.html

Thanks for the advice Prince. You are right, in the past, I had a tendency to focus more on pushing exercises. I have recently included more pulling exercises to work my back, as well as my shoulders.

    Thanks again!
