    rest...ya right!

    all of the following are:
    4 excersizes, 4 sets, 6-10 reps
    abs and caves every-other day...

    mon am - 20 min cardio before eating
    mon pm - Chest, Bi.'s, Forearms
    tue am - 20 min cardio before eating
    tue pm - off
    wed am - 20 min cardio before eating
    wed pm - Delts, Ham.'s
    thu am - 20 min cardio before eating
    thu pm - off
    fri am - 20 min cardio before eating
    fri pm - back. tri.'s
    sat afternno - quads, traps

    Diet – 2600-3300 cal/day 20-40 fat/day 60-80 carbs/day 180-220 protein/day – and all my vitamins /aminos

    what should i tweek...

    what are your goals?.... you need to post weather you want to cut,gain strength, size, endurence etc so people on the board can help you better

    I think 4 exercises 4 sets is a bit too rigid. I always hit the first movement of the day (bench, squat, dead, military press) for 5-6 working sets and everything else for 3-4. The compound movement should be the basis of your workout and the ancillary exercises generally don't need quite as much volume.
