    I think it was an article by Lee Haney a zillion years ago that got me started doing feet forward dips. Always felt him in my upper chest though. (Not that you can isolate your upper chest. )

    I have that rack. Unlike ALBOB I have never felt Lee in my upper chest though. I will say, I like to go deeper... all the way. Just not with guys.

    i met lee years ago. he is really short. he looks like tank. man if he was 7 inches taller he would win mr. o. i wish i could have his chest on my body. lol
