i do circuit training for mma. its 6-7 stations 10 reps at each station for 5min. for 5 rounds 1min rest in between rds. try to get around as many times and as fast you can in the 5 min
    exp. stations
    1. jump sqauts
    2. ab wheel (you can an ab wheel for $10)
if no ab wheel do v ups
    3. plyo pushups with medicine ball
    4. medicine ball slams
    5. pullups (if you at the park they should have monkey bars)
    6. burpees
just an example mix it up hope this helps.
