Question How Much Cardio

I have built up decent mass for my height and want to shed some of the fat without losing muscle mass. How much cardio per week would you all suggest for losing fat. I would prefer treadmill work since we have one at the house. I am currently about 15% BF and would like to get to 7-8%. I am taking my protein everyday along with Creatine and just started a 21 day cycle of Animal Stak to see it's effect.

Striving everyday to getting Bigger, Better, and Better Looking. The later is a struggle.

Interval for <45mins, 3x/week.
Preferably before breakfast.

That's what I keep telling myself ...
but that bed's just to damn warm!

I hear ya Preach. I usually do the cardio early evening when I have time. I have two kids and they take up my extra time. I hate cardio and don't want to take Hydroxy in place of what I could do naturally ie. running.

I preffer shorter periods of cardio, around 25min of light cardio and adjusting my diet seems to work best without loosing to much muscle.

Cool

Guys...always remember that cardio at a less than ideal time is ALWAYS better than no cardio at all. Although it may be best to do cardio in the am after waking before eating...if it won't fit into your schedule never scrap the cardio...just look for the next best alternative....do it immediately after your weights. If this still doesn't work then just do it whenever you can fit it in.

Searching for the right balance...

I have to do cardio when I first get up. It's hard to get on the bike but I do it for 30 minutes three times a week. I also do a two mile walk three times a week with a client of mine. When I added the cardio into my routine my bodyfat dropped dramatically.
