    counting calories at first is a major pain in the ass but so is learning anything new that seems tedious. once you realize how much or little you eat by being able to analyze accurately food selections on your plate gaining and losing becomes relatively simple.

    still many only focus on the weights while neglecting the ability to manipulate the endocrine system through the diet
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
