    this is my new thread that i will use to update all of my progress, tell me what you think.

    fastest 40 time- 4.71( hand timed) 4.85 (lazer timed)
    Bench-press- 145
    incline- 125
    Squat- 185
    Dead-lift- 225
    hang-clean- 115
    vertical-26 inches
