    Torn Patellar Tendon - surgery

    Slipped disk lower back - healed on its own

    Torn Rotator Cuff - surgery scheduled for May 10th

    The doctor thought I had a torn labrum so I got xrays and then an MRI which was inconclusive because I had too much water in my joint. Whatever the Hell thats supposed to mean
    Everybody wanna be a bodybuilder but dont nobody wanna lift this heavy ass weight. R.C.

    broke my shoulder off racing motocross have a screw and anchor in there. 2 years ago
    got bit by a brown recluse spider on my sternum and could stick my finger in my chest when the doc pulled the core out, look like a gun shot. 5 years ago
    broke my ribs, toe, doing jiu jitsu 5 years ago
    fractured my ankles dozens of times playing basketball back in the day. 10 years ago
    got 2 buldging disk from deadlifting 405lb. last thanksgiving. my right shin is still numb. my max was 675lb
    ill never deadlift again its to dangerous.
    a buddy of mine had a brain aneurysm deadlifting 870lb in 2007 took him 1 year of rehab just to walk and talk again hes super blessed. he now trains with me in mma. his max was 940lb
