    If I could only train one, I think I would just not lift! Go to riding my Mnt bike more!!

    Better yet if you could on do one exercise I'd do deadlifts. Pretty much hits everything except may chest.

    Gotta be back...specifcally deadlifts. Whenever I do them heavey and hard my whole body is sore for days...given that they must do something for ya??

    Since my chest is pure crap, I'd probably train it in hopes that it would get better and that sometime later I could continue to train the other parts.

    I voted for Back. Everyone know that as we get older one of the first things to go is the back. Once you have back problems they are usually chronic.
    Striving everyday to getting Bigger, Better, and Better Looking. The later is a struggle.
