    Abdominal Cramps

This is slightly delicate, but I am serious here.

I find that after a workout, I often get some pretty severe abdominal cramps. It could be doing something as simple as taking off my shirt, but to be honest, it is usually when I am, shall we say, being intimate. I will be there enjoying myself when in mid-stroke, they hit, and hit hard.

This seems to happen whether I worked my abs that day or not. And it is not every day, but maybe 50% of the time. If I haven't exercised that day, then it never happens. It only happens on the days I lift, whether ab workouts or not.

Does this affect anyone else? And if so, what can be done to stop this? It rather sucks not to be able to finish a good time like that and have to roll off and lie there stretched out while she looks on.
