by them saying they do 2 or 3 a days its not lifting it could be circuit training in am and jiu jitsu afternoon and striking pm.
what they do is jiu jitsu/wrestling 4-6 days a week
striking 4-6 days a week
weight or circuit conditioning 2-4 days a week
spar 4-6 days week
each traininers different
best bet is to find a good mma school and train there.
google mma schools in the area close to you pm them to me and ill find out which are the better ones for you.
