    Taking time off

Please give me some feed back. For the last 12 weeks I have been doing a bulk cycle and have picked up 15 lbs. Here is the thing. I have gotten sick last weekend and can't shake it. My strenght hasn't gone down any since catching this cold but I have also pulled something in the bicep forearm tie in. I was thinking about taking 2 weeks off except for cardio and of course sticking to my diet. Will I lose any size or strenght or will this be the best thing for me. Any advice or suggestions would be greatful.

Exactly how long have you been sick?

If it lasts over 7 days go get some antibiotics. (just make sure you tell your doctor that you've been sick for over 2 weeks, then you will get them)

If you have been lifting hard and heavy for 12 weeks, it would do you good to take week off.

    yikes! defintiely get some anitb!

Sounds like that sickness that has spreaded around the US. It'lll lay you out for a 5 days and continue to lessen up within 8 days.

I got it while traveling last month.

I would take some time off and shake the cold, you might not be loosing to much strength now but you will for sure if the cold gets worse.
You may loose a little strength but it will come back once you come back.
    Cool
