    bis with back?

Do you train back and bis the same day?

How about chest and bis the same day?

I alternate them. bis and back or chest and bis...It depends on my mood!

For me it falls into more of a time issue, if I'm on a 4 day split I do them with tri's and shoulders on one day, if I'm on a 3 day, I might do them with back.
    Cool

right now i do bis and tris together on one day.
i also like bis with chest on one day and back with tris on another.

i know back and bis and chest and tris is popular - but it's my least preferred way.

It has been a while since I start training my Biceps after Back, and to be honest I think it sucks. After training my Back my arms are so freakin exhausted already and I can't really do anymore curling after that. I prefer a to train them seperately with a split like Mon: Chest/Back, Wed: Legs, Fri: Delts, Arms much better. This is to make sure both muscle groups get the equal attention and intensity. Than again that's just my preference.
    Keep on going...

I think if back and bis together work for you then go for it. I train bis after back. I feel my bis are warmed up after my back training. I know some of you train chest/back the same day. I tried it, but two large muscle groups together made me exhausted.

I know it as part of the push/pull routine which goes like this
    Day1 Chest / Shoulders / Tri
    Day2 Legs
    Day3 Back / bi / traps

that is one example. Days off etc can be added in between or putting shoulders and traps on their own day. Whatever ya want to do.

I do Chest and arms all on one day
    Back and shoulders on another
    and legs on a 3rd.
all the other stuff like abs, cardio, on the other days. I also do calves 2 or 3 times a week.

    currently: chest/tris, back/bis, shoulders, legs...

starting next week: chest/back, arms, shoulders, legs...

I've gone back and forth every couple of weeks, experimenting and I like the chest/back, arms thing better..my arms are dead after I do back...

you can do chest and bis, bis and tris, it doesnt really matter. As long as you switch it up every couple weeks. The only thing about bis and back is that will doing back excercises you use your bis too. So if you want to isolate your bis dont do it with back because your bis can get prefatigued by doing back.
