Is there anything you can do to get rid of loose skin?
Been working out hard for three years and dropped a lot of bf. I have everything toned up where I want to be but have loose skin at the bottom of my stomach. Is there any way to get that tightened back up without surgery?
Over time, the longer you stay at this lower BF % your skin will naturally tighten up. You must stay as low a BF as you can though. It's very easy to fill that loose skin again.
You can never lose a fat cell short of surgery. One can only shrink them. Your skin will tighten over time though.
Thats good to know. Im going to continue to keep dropping bf untill there is none left at all. Im not to far from it. I have put a lot of time in to this and the loose skin bothers me.
Thanks for the info bro!
Vitamin E cream helps if you are persitant in applying it but it's no magic cure. Over time your skin does become firmer however it's when you sit down that your past will haunt you.
start saving for surgery. yea there are creams and even laser treatments but if you are talking about a cinsiderable amount of loose skin, there really isnt no magic cure. also depends on your age and how long you had the "filling" in that skin.
