    workout scedule

monday- bench press 3x10- 115 pounds, shrugs 4x12
    Tuesday- hang-clean dead-lift, 4x8, planks 4x 30 seconds
Wednesday squat- 3x10, straight leg dead lifts 3x10
    Thursday -run 40 yard dashes
Friday- auxiliary lifts (shrugs, curls, planks, ab crushers, pull ups)
    Saturday- rest
    Sunday- run 40 yard dashes

is this a good workout plan for a 15 year old trying to improve speed and overall strength to be a better running back?
