    I need help with pecs!

Okay, well, I have been using gopros split of power, rep, and shock for a while now. I've seen increase in weight on my bench press but there has been no progress on size on my pecs. Same with everything else. It seems like I am just going through the "basics" cause after my workouts, I'm not really that pumped. I have a pretty good shape except I don't have any pecs at all and it's annoying that I work on them and no progress. What do you guys suggest? New split? New exercises? I don't know. Here is what I have been doing for chest.

    Mon: Chest/shoulders/tri's
    Wed: Legs/abs
    Fri: Back/bi's

    CHEST

    POWER:
    Bench Press 3 set x 4-6rep
    Incline Press 3 set x 6-8rep
    Decline Flyes 3 set x 10-12rep

    REP RANGE:
    Decline Bench 3 sets x 6-8reps
    Incline Dumbells 3 sets x 6-8reps
    Flat Flye 3 set x 6-8rep
    Weighted Dips 2 set x 6-8rep

    SHOCK:
Incline Fly 2 set x 8-10 supersetted with.....
    Bench Press 2 set x 8-10rep
Pec Deck or crossover 2 x 8-10 supersetted with Incline Bench 2 set x 8-10rep
Weighted Dips Drop Set....enough wt. to get 4-5 reps, drop the wt. and get another 4-5, take all wt. off (just bodyweight) and go till failure..

    P.S. What's suppersetted?

How long is "a while"? I have found pecs to be one of the hardest muscles to put size on!! Very slow indeed. I have been working out for about 10mths now and feel that my pecs are only just starting toget some muscularity about them now.
I have also found getting the best pump in the chest comes from really concentrating on your pecs while your working them (mind-muscle conection thing) but dont always expect 'a really good pump'
    Supersetting would be like this:
As soon as you put your weights down from your Incline flys go straight to your bench press and do your set there, no break inbetween!!

Lol vvitto, I read that before I posted this. I wouldn't get impants if I was the richest man in the world. I would buy a home gym and work on them that way. But seriously, kids that I see in the gym around my age have the worst form in the world and bench less then me have like bigger pecs then me, and I mean by a lot! I just don't get it.

Should I concentrate one day of just working out pecs? Because I see a lot of kids doing that and they have results.

I utilize pre-exhausion supersets to bring up lagging body parts.

For pecs I would suggest 1 set of the following:

    superset
    flat bench fly
    30 degree incline press

Wait 2 or 3 minutes then:

    superset
    incline fly
    weighted parallel bar dip

Choose weights that allow you to fail between 8-12 reps for each exercise.

    I understand you.

I think that genetics and diet may be an important factor!

I usually work chest/tris and back /bis in different days..SOmetimes I may switch...

try to stick witha routine for a while and if you see no improvements you should try another one...
