Motivation can come in many forms. Music does it for alot, do you listen to music lifting? If not, get an MP3 and see if that works. Changing & tweaking routines can be a motivator as well.
Vary your cardio. go outside n run, etc. Variations can be motivating.
You just don't want to become stagnant in neither your workouts or your results.
yes sir. everyday my ipod play a nice set of house music or techouse.
here in CostaRica we are on summer time but i feel so heavy to go outside to run.
so i hope to overcome this bad time. i know i ``m 39 years old and i have been in good shape for long time and most girls like to see a mature men in shape.
thanks for the comments people. i ll apreciate alot
Everyone has his or her reason to feel disappointed but you should accept the reality and fight the odds with will.
My parents don't like to see me train or have mass building foods. I am really fed up talking to them.
All these days I was thinking that if I got a job and started making money I could do something I liked. (but the worse is yet to come) Just got married recently.
Its just a year back that I started training regularly I don't even know how long I would go.![]()
My motivation is looking in mirror and seeing gains

just keep your eye on the prize. man the fuck up.
Set a few short term goals you want to reach and a long term one to keep motivated.

like someone say before....in the mirror can find the best motivation but sometimes you dont want to see in it-
have a great day u all.
For motivation, look a picture of how you looked before you started lifting. Or a picture of what you want to look like. Also, watch some videos of Kai Greene lifting. The man has had some hard times, and he's still a beast.
Is your native language spanish? I only ask because you laughed in spanish jeje

Could be due to overtraining.. happens all the time. Take an easy week then get back into it.
get a tub of jack3d if that shit dont get you goin then idk
what are u guys talking about ?
yea i dont understood the last three post above.

I dont know about your country, but they banned it AGAIN in canada. Fuck canada.
Im not a drug dealer, im a street pharmacist!
True about Jack3d. Once you take that, in half hour, you have no choice but to release all that energy/jittery in your system.
stop and think about why you started in the first place.
a forum cant motivate you long-term bro, only you can do that.

find a good workout partner that can push/motivate you... its hard to really push myself... i have a few... get friend to join the gym u go to.
