    Angry Wrist Pain!

Anyone else ever just get seemingly random wrist pain?? No idea what I did to my left wrist but it has hurt like hell for the past couple days!

More of a pain in the ass than anything....I can just wrap my gloves tight when I lift and it isn't too bad.

Deal with it or go to the doctor -- no diagnosis can be made over the internet without asking many, many questions.

Yeah I've had this before it comes and goes but I never felt like it was anything serious. I'd go to the doctor if it worsens. As of now, icing it here and there after it hurts won't do you any harm.

I had wrist pain for about 4-5 months. Just woke up one morning with one, weird shit. I worked around it using wrist strap. It got so bad at one time that I had to sleep with wrist strap on. It didn't go away until I started taking Fish Oil and Calcium supplements.

Really? Hmm I need to start taking fish oil anyway, maybe it would help them to be more resilient to injury. I wear harbinger lifting gloves with a wrist strap built in and they really help a lot.
