    incorportating weight training into an already strenuous week

    Hi all, i'm currently 5,10 11 stone, playing football (soccer lol) to a high standered regularly. Any advice on how well i've incorporated my weight training into my normal training week would be greatly appreciated, i aim to increase my strength over the coming months. Many thanks

    Monday- Chest and Tri ( 3 sets of 8 reps for all ) followed by football training ( drills so not too straneous)

    Tuesday- Rest day

    Wednesday- Match

    Thursday- Circuit training and abs

    Friday- Back and Bi (3 sets of 8 reps for all )

    Saturday- Match

    Sunday- Shoulders and Legs (shoulders 3 sets of 8 reps, legs 2 sets of 2, 2 sets of 4, 2 sets of 6)

    The obvious question - how are you changing your diet to support hypertrophy while supporting a highly aerobic sport?

    I have a friend w/ a similar issue trying to come up w/ a diet that supports both Braziliant Jiujitsu & Oly lifting.
